Our services
Chatterbus is a mobile pediatric speech therapy service bringing expert care directly to children across Central Arkansas. Founded by licensed speech-language pathologists Natalie Huggins and Kelly Truby, Chatterbus blends evidence-based therapy with playful, hands-on activities — all inside a custom-designed therapy bus that makes learning feel like an adventure.
Speech-Language Services
Chatterbus currently offers 2 main categories of services: speech based language therapy, One-on-One and group based services.
One-on-One
Personalized, play-based speech and language therapy tailored to each child’s unique needs. These sessions take place inside the Chatterbus, creating a comfortable and familiar environment that supports progress.
Group-Based Services
Our themed, language-enriched playgroups foster connection, creativity, and communication through hands-on activities and guided interaction. These small-group sessions are designed to support social development and peer engagement in a fun, structured setting.

Group based services
Inside the Chatterbus, therapy is anything but ordinary. Each session is themed and packed with sensory-rich activities like:
• Monkey bars, swings, and tents for movement-based learning
• Crafts, story time, and sensory bins to spark imagination
• Tools and toys tailored to each child’s developmental goals
Children step into a space that’s safe, fun, and designed to help them thrive — and they often don’t even realize they’re doing therapy!
