Chatterbus Refund Policy
At Chatterbus, we strive to provide high-quality, personalized therapy services. Due to the nature of our scheduling and preparation, all payments for completed sessions are non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
• Duplicate payments or billing errors
• Prepaid sessions canceled with appropriate notice (see Cancellation Policy)
• Service interruptions caused by Chatterbus (e.g., therapist illness or vehicle issues) that cannot be rescheduled
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the affected session. Approved refunds will be processed within two (2) business days.
Chatterbus Cancellation Policy
We understand that life with children can be unpredictable. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we ask that all cancellations be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with 24+ hours’ notice: No charge; session may be rescheduled
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice: Full session fee will apply
• No-shows: Full session fee will apply and may affect future scheduling priority
*Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in removal from the therapy schedule to allow space for other families in need of services.
